These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on the DDAS website and apply to all digital products, software libraries, and related services offered by DDAS. 

2. Scope of Agreement


 By purchasing any product or service from DDAS, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The DDAS Software License Agreement governs the use of the software itself. These Terms govern the commercial transaction, including payment, delivery, refunds, and support.

3. Products & Services


 DDAS provides:

  • Digital software libraries for industrial automation

  • Documentation and online manuals

  • Support and update subscriptions

  • Optional engineering and integration assistance

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Pricing & Payment


  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Accepted payment methods depend on the checkout configuration.

  • Taxes may apply depending on the customer’s location.

  • DDAS reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods


  • Delivery is instant after successful payment.

  • Customers receive access to downloads, documentation, or license keys via email or customer portal.

  • If delivery fails due to technical issues, DDAS will resend the product manually.

6. Refund Policy


 Because DDAS sells digital software, refunds follow industry standards:

  • No refunds are provided once the software has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Refunds may be granted only if:

    • the product was not delivered, or

    • a technical issue prevents use and DDAS cannot resolve it.

EU customers may withdraw from the purchase before downloading the software.

7. Support & Updates


 Support and update rights depend on the purchased edition:

  • Standard: 3 months email support

  • Professional: 12 months updates + priority support

  • Enterprise: 12 months updates + direct engineering contact

Renewal of support/update subscriptions is optional and not required for continued use of the software.

8. User Obligations


 Customers agree to:

  • provide accurate information during checkout

  • use the software legally and in accordance with the DDAS License Agreement

  • keep login credentials and downloads secure

  • not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual Property


 All software, documentation, and materials remain the intellectual property of Delaware Digital Application Solutions LLC. Purchasing a product grants a license, not ownership.

Use of the software is governed exclusively by the DDAS Software License Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability


 DDAS is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • loss of production, revenue, or data

  • damages caused by misuse or incorrect integration

All software is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind.

The customer is responsible for testing, validating, and verifying the correct functionality of the software before use in any production environment.

11. Governing Law


 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms


 DDAS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
