Version 3.5.1.0 marks the initial public release of the DDAS software package. This version introduces the foundational feature set of the DDAS Machine Insight Libraries and provides full compatibility with CODESYS‑based IEC‑61131‑3 control systems.

• License Manager Universal licensing engine for all DDAS libraries, supporting full, demo, and OEM‑level activation workflows.
• Date Time Library Provides synchronized, high‑precision time data including local time, UTC, weekday, calendar week, and millisecond‑accurate timestamps.
• Scheduler Library Advanced scheduling logic for batch‑ and shift‑oriented production, including build‑time calculation, shift handling, and break‑aware timing.
• Equipment Performance Library Real‑time machine performance tracking with full loss categorization, downtime analysis, and KPI calculation.
• Application Template The application template is provided in multiple formats to ensure maximum compatibility across CODESYS® and CODESYS-compatible engineering environments.




All template files are installed together with the DDAS Libraries by the CODESYS Installer and can be found at the following location:

General Notes

• • This release is intended as the baseline version for all future updates.
  • The package available in the CODESYS Store is provided for evaluation and compatibility testing only. For production use, customers must obtain the latest official version directly from DDAS.

Dependency CODESYS Libraries

• The following CODESYS libraries are required for the Application Template and DDAS libraries. These libraries are included in the DDAS package:

  1. Standard Library – Version 3.5.18.0
  2. Util Library – Version 3.5.21.0

Note: Ensure that the specified library versions are installed in the CODESYS Library Repository before importing or building the project.
